RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Los Gallos will replace items only if they are damaged or defective. If the item was purchased as a gift, a gift credit will be issued instead of a refund. Customers to take photos of cigars as they are received and sent to cperry@losgalloscigars.com to be evaluated. When approved, a replacement order will be sent to the buyer.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping is included in the price, no added fees, easy and simple!
All cigars are packed with a Boveda pack for humidity control. The cigar wedding boxes are shipped inside a standard shipping box with additional shipping paper to protect during transit. Note: These boxes are not for long-term storage; use a humidor at 69% humidity or a cedar box with a Boveda pack for best results.
Orders must be placed 45 days prior to wedding date to ensure arrival and customization.
Purchases must be made by customers over 21, and an adult signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, UPS will attempt delivery the next business day at no extra charge. If no adult signs, the cigars will be returned to Los Gallos.
