Shipping Restrictions & Adult Signature Policy
Federal law requires tobacco products to be shipped via carriers that verify age. All orders containing tobacco products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Packages are labeled to indicate they contain tobacco and require a verified signature from a person 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification must be presented at the time of delivery.
Due to the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and specific state regulations, Los Gallos Cigars is strictly prohibited from shipping tobacco products to the following states: Hawaii (HI), South Dakota (SD), and Utah (UT). We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes as these locations do not allow for the necessary adult signature verification.
Los Gallos Cigars only ships to the following states: NJ, PA, CT, FL, NH. All other shipping addresses will not be processed at checkout. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain strict compliance with federal and state shipping laws to ensure that our premium tobacco products only reach adults of legal smoking age.
